When I first meet with a buyer, I explain in detail how the process of buying works. I have a formal presentation that will lead them through the step by step process. Loan qualifying, choosing the right property, determining an offer price, the escrow process, inspections, closing and more.

I Help Sellers

I examine their property, the area and any special factors that would effect the value of their home. The location and condition of their property is very important. Have they upgraded? How much do they owe? What are their expectations for the return on their real estate investment. I give them honest, direct information. I let them know what their anticipated “net” amount would be.

Staging

I offer to assist my sellers in the “Staging” of their home. Furniture placement, decor, color scheme, and etc. I have a large inventory of art pieces, rugs, accessories that we can use to show your home at it’s best. I am an acomplished decorator so this is where I can use my creativity to make a home look beautiful!
