What is happening in Santa Clara Valley Real Estate?

On MLS listings, which is where Real Estate agents put their listings – there are more pending sales than listings!  Homes and condos are selling with multiple offers.  So now is a great time to get your home on the market.  Prices in many areas are rising a bit.  There are still many foreclosures on the market and those will continue.  Short sales seem to be moving a bit quicker as the investors have discovered it may be better to do a short sale – rather than foreclose.
