About Me

Ron and Kris

I have been a full time Realtor here in Santa Clara Valley for 20 years. I live in the Willow Glen area of San Jose with my husband Ron. We are celebrating our 26th anniversary this year. We have 3 children, Kelly, Alecia and Ron. Five grandchildren, Rickie, Jaran, Daniel, Christopher and Thomas. Plus one great grand daughter, Caliana. Our home is often the gathering place for family dinners and celebrations. We love to entertain.

I have consistently been in the top rankings in my office. I attribute that to a large referral base of business. With hard work, attention to details, consistency in what I do and a bit of good luck, I continue to build my client base.

I recently became a Certified Short Sale Professional. So if you know someone that owns a home and is having difficulty making their house payments, I would love to speak with them. I want to help people during this challenging financial time. I also stage my client’s homes when they are ready to sell. I have my own inventory of items that can enhance and update the looks of their home.

The philosophy of my business is to educate my clients with honest information so that they are confident in the decision they are making. No secrets…no surprises.

Grandparents and Kids

My dad was in construction when I was growing up. I was always hearing about building and construction talk. Perhaps that is where my interest in Real Estate came from.

I am a very active member of the Rotary Club of San Jose North and served as their first woman President.

I am also a long term member of the a local womens business group. Now called My Referral Club.

I am a past resident of Glenwood Springs, Colorado (my birthplace) and also lived in Napa, California prior to coming to Silicon Valley.
